What started as a creative production firm became something bigger when we realized our clients didn't just need better assets. They needed better direction.
What We Learned From Our Clients
The Triangle Company built its reputation producing video and creative assets for businesses ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to local small businesses.
The work was good. The clients were happy. But over time, a pattern emerged.
The businesses that came to us asking for a video or a new website often didn't need what they were asking for — or at least, not yet. They had sales processes that weren't converting, positioning that didn't reflect their value, or growth ceilings they couldn't diagnose. The creative asset wasn't the constraint. The strategy was.
So the work shifted. We started spending less time behind the camera and more time inside the business — mapping revenue bottlenecks, redesigning go-to-market approaches, and building systems that could actually scale.
The results spoke for themselves, and the consultancy grew from there.
