Chat is an AI, not me
Chat with Rob is an AI. It speaks in my voice from what I've written, and it can be wrong. Nothing it says is a promise, an offer, a quote, or advice of any kind, legal, financial, medical, career or otherwise. If something matters, check it with me directly. Chat runs on Anthropic's Claude, so Anthropic's usage policy applies to what you ask it too: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup
Using the site
Play, read and chat as yourself. Don't try to break the site, get around its limits, copy it in bulk, use someone else's personal link, pass yourself off as someone else, or use Chat to make something harmful. If that happens, I can close the account or block access.
Your words and mine
What you type stays yours; you let me keep and read it as the privacy page says. The village, its art and its writing are mine or used with permission. Quote it with a link any time; ask before copying it wholesale.
No promises
The site comes as it is. It can go down, change, or lose a save, and I don't promise it's free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss from using the site or relying on Chat. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live doesn't let me take away.
The law
Missouri law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the courts in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless the law where you live lets you bring it at home.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
